Check Exterior lights

This message appeared today on my message center i checked all lights all is this message related to anything else besides head tail lights and back up lights i reset the code and it reappeared please help

check your turn signal bulbs! best bet when it is dark out, press the hazard button and walk around the car to see if any of the bulbs are not flashing.

I checked all my lights again today they all work even the third brake light and the check exterior light went off the only thing i can think of is maybe one of the connectors got wet

when it was raining as soon as i put it in gear it came on but i set the parking brake and checked the back up lights
