I guess they made the Mark VIII in 1992 as well?

What scares me is that he'll sell you information on the door keypad code location for a 1992 Mark VIII.

This is what we call a "duh" thread. When referring to a vehicles year, the model year is referred to. Mine was made in 95 but I certainly will not be looking for 95 parts. Duh!

There was no 91 mk8 he even says so on the ebay add. They are 93

The last model year for the Fox-Chassis Mark VII was 1992. The First year of the FN10 chassis Mark VIII was 1993. They started building them in 1992, but the actual model year designation was 1993. The Mark VIII was built between the model years 1993 and 1998. There was not a 1991 Mark VIII.
