Angel eyes

Thought I'd post this here seeing most of the ls owners do all the angel eye stuff. I'm going to put some on my conti but had a few questions first. First will they be ok with hid's? (melting) next does anyone know if the yellow sealant on headlights will soften in the oven? It's soft to the touch on the headlight now. Thanks

we have grey and black sealant on our LS'. the hids do not affect them one bit

HID's will NOT affect angel eyes. Actually, HID's operate at a lesser temperature than regular halogen bulbs. As for the sealant, the best way to see if they come apart is to stick in the oven for about 8-10 minutes at 250 degrees and try to pull them apart. If that works let us know.
