It struck me today that until the Mark VII and Eldorado ST series hit the road I always regarded these cars as nothing more than city cruisers not realy something you'd want to drive on those long trips.

I mean who would want to go floating down some twisty road in a Mark IV or say a '74 Eldorado?

But now these cars truly deserve the moniker GT, Grand Touring
