the fact the she is being put in jail for driving on a suspended license is a Joke

and a child molester got 60 days for messing up a kid for life (in Vermont)

For a DUI, then pulled over again for a DUI. Sorry but thats not a joke to me. She deserves to be in jail and not some pansy ass place like Promises where Britney Spears went. So what, illegal is illegal. So far everyone in the california judicial system except that retarded chief or whoever who let her out agress. other wise their good ol family freind arnold would've pardoned her too. And using claustrophobia as a reason to get out? I'm sure no one thrown in a 5x9 cell for 23 hours a day get claustrophobia!

I could not agree more.

Do the crime and do the time.

I was also convicted of driving with a suspended license after a DWI. The cops were all very nice and didn't tow my baby nor arrest me that night. But I did serve jail time. In AR the penalty is 10 days in county jail for that offence. I was able to do it on weekends so I would not miss work.

Speaking from experience ....That will NOT happen again!
