Rear Springs, etc.

I have an 88 Mark VII, love it !
I changed the front air springs with bags from Strutmasters last fall and with directions from this forum. They've been working great ever since.
Now I have another problem: The rear air bags will inflate just fine, even after I let them fill up before I shut the car off and let it sit overnight, they're still inflated in the morning. BUT, whenevr I put the car in gear to move it, I hear a "pshhhhh" and they deflate. Do I need new air bags? Are they harder to change on the rear or just as simple? I noticed that the tops are hard to get at because of the wheel wells being in the way.
Another question: Anyone know where I can find the pull-down latch for the trunk? Mine is stuck in the down position, probably because I live seven miles out on a dirt road and it fills up with dust. I've sprayed it many times with WD-40, and it began to work again, but this time it won't budge and a small piece of black plastic busted off.

Thanks for the help.

P.S. I saw that Strutmasters posts here, and want to tell them their products work great. I'm just wondering why I got the parts cheaper through an auto parts dealer than I could get them online.
