Had A Friend Install An Amp, Instead He Burnt Out My Info Cluster. Got A New One Off Of Ebay. It Works But The Car Wont Start. What Can I Do To Make The New Dash Work?

Did you also replace your deck?
When I had my new audio & video system installed, the installers broke a ground wire, and set off the built in Cadillac security. The security was flashing, and the car wouldn't start. It could be something that simple...

It Was A Good Shot. I Did Change My Radio On My Deville. Put The Og Back In, And It Worked. Thanx!
