anyone else in wi have this problem???

does anyone else in wi get pulled over on a consistant basis by 1 specific state trooper? i get pulled over for speeding, but have only gotten 1 ticket for actually speeding. he notices my car and automatically flips on his lights to pull me over. this time it was for my tint. does anyone else get pulled over for their tint? the last 5 times i have been pulled over, it has been by this trooper.

I have one in MI. Officer Kemp. Occupation-State Trooper, Hobbies-Racist. Last time this professional officer of the law pulled me over it was for no turn signal merging on the highway. When I got to court and told my version (no turn signal merging on the highway) he gave his, when he pulled out his ticket and unfolded the list I was like what the hell is that. Next thing you know I'm looking at a careless driving ticket. He reads off I used no signal, cut oncoming traffic off, was tailgating, accelorating at a high rate of speed, he couldn't keep up with me. The look on my face must of said it all, the nice italian judge gave me a lowerd fine and said no ticket would be issued if I made it a year with no tickets. And I made it. Come to find out my sisters boyfriend who is a cop, said his friends were harrassed by this guy when they got pulled over, my friend at work got pulled over by him to for frost on his window. I guess it just goes to show you can't have something nice and shiny without someone being pissed at you.

im hoping that i can go to court and see if at least i can get the 2 points that its going to cost me taken off. my suggestion for everyone is to stay off of hwy 41/141 in oconto county, wi, otherwise trooper dave meridath might just be looking for you. i hate cops on power trips

Generally do highway troopers in america have video cameras? How do they prove your violations in court? I mean you could just deny everything and claim you are being victimized. Is their word against yours enough or do they need real evidence?

i believe the troopers now have the cameras in the cars, but who do you think the court will believe? the trooper or me? although i could show the court that the only run ins with the law are with this pig.

i dont believe all cops are pigs, just the ones that act like complete pricks

I have been pulled over 6 times (2x in the LS) in about 6 years and given a ticket 3 times, but have always gone to court and had them lower the points/fines.
Tint doesn't seem to be a problem but then again, I havent been pulled over during the day once. I usually always roll my window down.
o3, you should file a complaint just for sh!ts and giggles and see if anything comes from it.

im going to be bringing it up in court that the last 5 times i was pulled over it was by this person. with the amount of traveling i do on the major highways and all the state troopers i see, why is he the only one who pulls me over. i thought cops/pigs are supposed to be consistant in upholding the law!

Not to change topics, but does anybody in the milwaukee area know any good body shops? My LS has a few dings and the front bumper is looking nasty. I've been waiting till winter passed and now I am well overdue to fix it.

A friend mechanic estimated $400 to paint the hood, bumper, both side fenders and buff to match current paint. Any suggestions? Thanks.
