Cobra Swap on Gen II

Can someone tell me if the cobra intake swap is worth the time and money. And if so which one works the best. I have a 97'. Also whats the horsepower gain. A friend of mine told me that an 02' cobra should bolt up. I really dont know so any help would be very helpful.

To be clear, 96-98 are the years of intake that will bolt up to your heads.

There is no 02 Cobra anyway, so good luck finding an 02 Cobra intake

They made 02 Cobra crate engines so you can find an 02 Cobra intake manifold but it won't be easy and you would need the C heads anyway.
