Lincoln Ls/ Ford Thunderbird

most of you probably already know the thunderbird and ls are the same drivetrain 03+. wonder if they share the same internal parts? if so do they have high perf. cams or heads for the thunderbird? they should fit in the ls also shouldnt they?

yes they would, but the Thunderbird doesnt offer many performance parts either

The thunderbird is even less performance orientated than the LS is. the DEW98 platform lost a lot of structurial stiffness when they removed the roof - so they needed to add some bracing (and weight)...

it's more of a lux crusier...
