rear upper shockmount bushings

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

When I did a coil spring conversion last year(1.5 drop) I also replaced the rear shocks and new factory upper mounts. This weekend trying to locate a thump in rear I found that the new shock mounts have fallen apart. I got of ebay the conversion shock mount, where can I find just the rubber bushings for the shock mounts. I know the come with new shocks but since my shocks are only 1 year old I would hate to by new shocks just for the mounts. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just plain old rubber but I will upgrade if that is my only choice. Thanks, Mark.

Most auto parts stores have shock washer kits sepapately.

You should have just used the rubber bushings from the new shock that you installed when you did the conversion...

All you do is clean out the old rubber and put in the new that come with the new shocks......

or at least that's what you should have done... I'm guessing they are available at parts stores... You could check www.rockauto.com also but it would cost as much as the bushings just for shipping...
