1990 Eldorado CPS Location

The CPS, Central Power Supply, Fuse blows as soon as I try to install it. When it blows it takes out the headlights, heater/AC, & intrument panel. I'm thinking the CPS must provide power to these other modules. I'm trying to determine the location of the CPS so I can continue troubleshooting.

The CPS is behind the dash, just below the radio. It'll have 2 rows of 16 pin connectors.

It's a solid-state voltage transfomer (from 12v to 8v and the likes) so I'd start looking for another CPS...
