Alarm - Original Configuration?

Does anyone have wiring diagrams or instructions that could help me return the alarm system to its original, stock configuration? Alternatively, could we remove the system entirely and still have the keypad work for the door locks/trunk?

It appears the previous owner of my '93 had put in an aftermarket alarm system that's gone a little hokey, and was causing a no-start condition during some of the work we have been doing on the car. We haven't really figured out what change it was that caused this, but the system is disconnected for now so that we can start the car. I'd like to remove all the aftermarket stuff and restore the car to its original configuration if it is at all possible.

Maybe this is the reason the alarm never worked for me in the first place?
