2009 Ford Flex Revealed (to later be a Lincoln model)

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

The 2009 Ford Flex was revealed yesterday, and will go on sale in 2008. There will be a Lincoln version as well, although Mullaly promised that it won't be badge engineered, but will have its own unique design. Luxury station wagon..?

Anyway, the Flex looks interesting, though IMO, they should've stuck with the original name, the Fairlane. it's really long! Looks like you could fit 2 Honda Elements in the back.

One thing I wanted to add is that it's a unique take on the station wagon/mini-van cross over market, which IMO, hitherto has not done before.

The interior certainly looks better.
