I've had this kit installed now for about 2 months now. The spacing front the top of the tire to the bottom of the wheel well is about 1/2". The rears there is just about 1 1/2" . Also, driving down the express way, here in Windsor Ontario Canada , and i was going 100 km/h and the front seems to be pretty bumpy while driving at higher speeds and lil bumps seem alot bigger , and the tires were hitting the plastic wheel well. I dunoo if this should be happening. The wheels and tires that i have on are stock.? Could the front sshocks be worn out or bad? this is really displeasing.
What about putting some coil spacers.?

1st pic - front left , hardly any space from the top of the wheel to the bottom of the wheel well.
2nd pic - rear left , you can see more space here.
3rd pic - front left side shot tight!!
4th pic - rear left side shot ,space
5th pic - front left straight on shot tight!!
6th pic - rear left straight on shot , space

Can everyone see what im talkin about here with the fronts lower than the rear.

As said on the other forum, the rear will appear to be lower when measured from fender to wheel top. But your front end is lower and thats not right.

The kit was installed wrong, or the kit is not right. Call the maker of the "t-bird conversion" kit and see what they say.

The front should be about 1/2" or so higher than the rear if you measure.

Are you sure you got the rear springs set properly into the notch in the lower control arm? This could cause your height to be off a bit.

When the rears were put in , i made sure that they were aligned properly wit the lower control arm; I had read some posts about making sure they were set properly.

and the fronts is a whole nother story. I dont know why they are sitting lower than the rears. I will be calling the manufacture and see what they have to say about this mess.

I have seen one other post on markviii.org with a similar problem with teh front end being lower than the rear. and he put in coil spacers. might be an option to try out.
