planning on doing somthing with some extra mark viii parts i have.. is there any way i can wire up the fan thermostat switch with a relay or whatever, in another car to turn on an electric fan? how would i go about doing this? and where is the switch located?
somone might just save me $80
thanks

easiest way is to buy a temp switch from summit racing or a similar retailer. It will come with instructions on how to wire it up.

Alternately, just run it manually, though i wouldn't recommend it.

yea, i was gonna go with the painless one, at my local speed shop. i just figured, i might as well try whats free first.

I ran a manual fan switch in my 95 LSC to keep temps down at the track. I would not recommend it as it drained my battery a few times.
