Ipod installation for 2006 Navigator - options?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Gruson

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a 2006 Elite Navigator.

I am hoping someone can help me out and let me know of an Ipod "kit" that will work with the Navigation/audio system in the Navigator.

Hopefully I can use the factory components to control the Ipod.

Has anyone done this? Is there a tradeoff?

Meaning I can either use the Ipod and not the Satellite? I do not plan on using satellite and would rather hook up the Ipod.

Please let us know details/costs.

I saw this one on Ebay:

Not sure if it would work though.

Thanks!

as long as you don't have the Rear seat entertainment package with the tv/dvd player on the ceiling then it will work
