03+ HID's On 01??

Im just trying to find out if anyone here knows whether or not i can put a set of 03+ headlights with the factory HID's in them into my 01. I know that i need to get the new mounting stuff to accomodate the new lights, but im looking at getting the newer lse bumper and to fix the gap i would like to just get the newer headlights. And I would like to find out if the factory HID wiring will just plug into my existing stuff. Any help would be great.

It isn't a plug and play deal since they use two different wiring harnesses. You would have to get creative with the wiring. There are some threads on this. Search on 03 headlights and you should find it.

I was kinda hoping the harnesses would match up but some creative wiring shouldnt be hard.
