Is it just me or does anyone else notice the explosion of "giant size coffe can" exhaust tips on 4 bangers. WHY do they need such big anoying mufflers for such little power?

I gotta take some pics of some tuners around my area. They have like the largest Chock full o' Nuts size tips and they sound terrible. rrreeeeeeennnn.....brrrrbrrrbrrrrbrrrrbr!

my other car hyundia accent (the most basic car in the world)
has an exhaust tip on it and it embaresses the hell outta mee
it makes me feel like i should be flyin but my 94 hp motor just gets nowhere

i also have a crack in the exhaust manifold and a big ass hole in the door four little holes from a pepboys wing on the trunk and the sticky stuff from the decals that were on the car befor i hit the firehydrant(hole in door)

No way! They just had stupid Remus and Bro speed tips on stock mufflers then. Now they have these enormous tips on really fat mufflers.

Oh and another thing about the coffee cans. they connect the cans to 1" exhaust pipes.

I have a friend here in town 35+ in age. Bought an Eclipse. This is his 3rd and the nicest one of the bunch. The guy who had it did some nice mods and the car is not tacky. Well yesterday my friend had to show me the blue light that he installed underneath the car. Dude doesn't have a clue what and idiot he looks like.

Also has a fart can with a silencer on it to tone down the fart... I wish he'd use it. But at least his fart can is connected to a real exhaust system with Headers and the works.

Some kid cruised past me in a Del Sol while I was waiting outside my friends house, now I like some tuner cars they just have to be done right. This one was ok so I gave him a rumming up of my pipes and he did the same. I wish I didnt cause I thought a speed bout came screaming out of contrlloe off the waters. It sounded like ass then he asked me, what do you got in that thiing.

I said just a v8 with a intake kit chopped up by Blitz and a Magnaflow cat back, ohh and some stupid ebay chip I freez in the freezer every night (It was a gift from a stupid pearson cause I bitched about gas milage). He said come one I know I heard the blow off valve....????????? What a

ing idiot.

Then I looked at his car and it had about a 7 inch in diameter exhaust tip. (THIS MAY BE EXAGERATED BUT ONLY BY A BIT). I asked him what else he has done to it and he said just my muffler and I cut up my air box.

It then dawned on me, he has about 135 HP with this gigantic exhaust and I have about 270-300 with a 2.5" exhaust? Idiots. Then I seen a kid with a beretta that had this long ass muffler that stuck out about 1 and a half foot out the rear that was just as round. Man its getting crazy out there.

When I walked home for lunch today I was passed by a Pontiac Spitfire with a way to big for that POS Fart Can.... Now I know that thing must have been pushing 500+ (rwhp) to really sound stupid LOL...

Hey Demon you should have asked him how much rwhp he had. LOL..
