Buying a 98 Deville tonight need some input

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

so I wanted a Deville for ever and going to see one tonight to buy it.
It has 145k however it was owned by a caddy tech and he replaced the waterpump, belt, plugs, wires, blower motor, fixed the heated seats, tranny flush etc. The price is firm at $3500.

Car has:
moonroof
memory package
heated seats
chrome wheels

overall I give it a 8.5/10 exterior few dings and a small dent
interior is a 9/10 seats, carpet, headliner, door panels are perfect

Im a paying too much seeing you can get a clean 97 on ebay for $4500 with 85k on it, however those car are all auction cars and have no history etc.

car drove fine no noises, smoke pulling to one side etc. trans shifted fine.

so my question is should i buy a car with 145k on it? even if it mainted and looks like its new? or hold off for a lower milage one?

for 3500 man its hard to pass up and how much lower is it going to go from here anyway?

Moonstone/neutral leater

what issues should i look for tonight before making the deal?
finally should I flush out the dexcool for the green coolant and if so what are the proper steps?

that's really up to you and how you feel about the purchase. From what you've said i'd get the 98 because it's been taken care of so well
