1992 EATC failure?

Hello everyone, I'm glad I've found this place, looks like a good Lincoln form.

I'm trying to prevent my mother's 1992 Continental from heading for the wreckers. It's got a few problems, but nothing too serious. Right now I can't seem to find out which EATC units are compatible with the 92's. Are they all the same, up to 96? I could find one easily on eBay, just need to know if units from Town Cars and MarkVIIIs work, and if so, up to what year?
