Well last night I washed my car in the manual car wash and i spent extra time on the rims since there was a slight vibration. Well RIGHT after i washed my car i backed out of the car wash and when i stepped on the brakes to stop there was just a terrible vibrating noise comming from the front brakes when they are lightly applied. It's been like that all day today but only when im cruisin at a very low speed and come to a stop but ONLY if im lightly pressing on them. Could this mean the brakes need to be bled, or a seal is bad? Because I just replaced my fuel filter about a month ago and the brake pads/rotors looked just fine. Thanks for the help in advance!

I think it is from water on the rotors.

probably ice on the rotors

how long were you driving before you stoped at the car wash? if the rotors were hot and you sprayed them down you could of warped them.
