While the car is off you should be able to turn the lights on and off, but nothing happens! When I start the car the lights come on automaticly no matter what possition the swich is in. Dose anyone have a wire diagram or know where the auto lamp sensor is? Also, could this be a problem with the auto lamp function with the wipers? I tryed turning the function on and off and no change... Please help!

Thanks for the drawing! Could my problem be the SCIL Module? The problem happens even if the main light swich is disconnected. Now only one low beam works!?

never heard of one going bad, and wouldn't want to just throw parts at it, check all of the inputs into the SCIL module, poss the multifunction switch (more problematic on all fords) just get a test light and start probing

I have the same same problem with my 94. The switch doesn't do anything. The only way i can turn my lights on is by turning it to high beams.

OK thanks guys, I will try to get a switch for it and see if that will solve the problem!
Could the system short out a ballast? Ever seen that? when I swapped the ballasts the drivers side light blinks like crazy, along with all the other lights too! Interior and exterior.
