Subwoofer System

I have a 2000 LS and my rear sub system doesn't work I took out the whole system and found out that my speakers work and I think I checked all the fuses does anyone know what the problem could be (i'm still running the factory system)

if you have the alpine system, check the amp in the trunk, its located right under the back window deck, make sure everything is connected fine. I don't know why they wouldn't work unless the amp is blown or the fuse for the amp is blown.
