99' STS Sunroof Problems

The other day, i wanted to see how much pressure the sunroof had when closing, in case my kids ever had there fingers in it when it closed. But when i closed it on my finger, I think i broke it. It didnt want to come down right. I took the headliner down to look at it and it seems that only one side is operating. Is there 2 seperate motors in it? Maybe one messed up. Anybody that knows about this, please let me know
