lowering a 91 TC

I'm going to be putting 20's on my 91 in the spring and want to lower it just a bit. I'm gonna run 255/35R20 tires, I want to have that "filled up fenderwells" look, I have the back figured out, but what can i do up front considering there's absolutely no drop kits for this car, anyone know how to install spring clamps?
