Take a look at the 1/4 mile times on these cars

Looks like I'll be putting more and more money into the Mark to keep her going with the new cars! Ok, it just gives me another reason to spend more money on her!

Well it wouldn't take too much to stay with these light little cars.

Tops is a 14.3 quarter time. Stock my 94 is at 14.6... 3 tenth away..

guess it's time for some NO2....

I had 14.9 stock when I first bought the car, never tracked it since. I'm sure I could still beat most of them. But I want to put them in their place!

Oh I understand you want to be able to spank them.... what gets hard is when you see the ricer with paint fin and fart can, and you can't tell if they do have something else. Most don't but you never know.

But most of these new cars won't be moded until they are a few years old. Too high a monthly payment to have anything left over to spend on making them faster.

Great thing about a Mark VIII. Low price leave you with a lot more for mods.

my thoughts exactly! Spend $2-$4K for a Mark VIII, invest $10K in it and you'll have one of the best cars on the street for less than half the price!

That's what makes the Mark so nice to own.
