Does anyone know what this mean

My 88LSC wont start just keeps turning and turning now i see a code or what i think it is a code is shows up as E3 32 can anyone tell me if anything what this mean.

I forgot to add this happened a yr ago and it was the fuel pump had that changed. I started the car a week ago and moved it and now its just turning and turning.

Our cars need air, fuel and fire to run.

Verify that you have these three things happening in your cylinders before continuing.

How did you confirm fuel pressure? What's your fuel pressure at the rail?
How did you confirm vacuum or compression? What are the high and low pressures?
How and where did you verify spark?

"Crank No Start" could be a BUNCH of things Man.
