Junk In The Trunk?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I put two 25lb bags of sand on each wheel well on my drunk, and an old punching bag in it that weights about 70 lbs in the middle to help weigh down my tc because of the snow. I was just wondering if the weight would affect the air suspension negatively, and whether or not i should take the weight out?

120lb souldn't be a problems

I used to keep 100lbs - in my 90TC, never had an issue over maybe 6 winters.

If you are going to haul around more than 100 lbs in your trunk, turn off your air suspension. The weight is hard on it.

Also, I would take the weight out, at least once a week, and turn the AS back on for awhile.
