Need Brake Help

My brakes have been squeaking bad for the past few weeks,but the squeaking only happens when im almost to a complete stop. Today i changed the pads and rotors and its till squeaking could anyone know what the problem could be its driving me crazy. Oh and the noise sounds like a really loud whistle, Thanks.

Put some silicone grease or 'brake lube' where the pads slide on the caliper. Also did you use lots of anti-squeak compound when replacing the pads?

greasing the points where the pad contacts the caliper is key. That is probably where your error is.
