CD Changer?

Hey guys, Happy New Year.

I just have one quick little question. A buddy of mine has a Lincoln LS, and his cartridge for his cd changer is busted, will the one from the Mark VIII or would it have to be the exact one from the LS. I know it's a very oddball, and random question, but if anyone could help that would be great.

i mess with lots of ford stero crap at work, they mix and match everything, so give it a shot see if they look the same, dont force it in and give it a shot
