ticket for going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Actually I think I was going 45 MPH but it really doesn't matter. He was nice that he reduced the ticket from 186 to 118. All he wrote was unlawful speeding. so I guess he didn't wirte how fast I was going. And how would I find out how many points I got? would this increase my insurence, I am guessing?Plus can someone explain this traffic school for me?

You will have to look up state law to see how your state deals with points violations on motor vehicle records. I can tell you in CA you are allowed to take a 8 hour traffic school session to remove a single point violation (ex. speeding ticket) only one time within 18 months. I suggest looking into this option, see what your state has to offer.

traffic school you will have to pay the ticket and also pay for the traffic school, witch you will save money in the long run because your insurance rates will not go up. the school will erase the ticket off you " record "

my dad work for farmers ..... if you do get a point then the best thing to do is don't buy a car or anything that will make you insurance co run you DRL long as they don't check your rates won't go up, a point will stay on your record for 6 years.
I see it all the time some guy buys a new car and then thier insurance will find out about a ticket from 4 years ago.

around here for a moving violation, you can get "court supervision" and if you dont get a ticket for 6 months ticket go bye bye

I've had court supervision before. 51 in a 30 when I was 16. Since then I've had 2 seatbelt tickets and one speeding ticket. My insurance has never gone up though.
