what do you think

Posted by: poniesviii

I like em alot.

The offset is AWESOME! I was hoping you'd get a better set of wheels on that car after all your work! Good job..!

Posted by: 9_8_L_S_C

Do you have a front end shot of your car?And how you did that -looks awsome.

Posted by: lincolnboy

not mine. just saw the pic over on the other www.markviii. site. today it belong to blue_t. i just look up those wheels and they have more and they look dam good w/ a fat lip too but at a fair price. bout 240 a pc.

Posted by: Frogman

Good for at least 20Hp per wheel. Also, they are gaudy, IMHO.

I looked at your username afterwards, and knew it wasn't right.

If the car was manufactured today I think that's closer to how it would be done. Even Saleens get 20's, nothing wrong with modernizing an old car.

Where do I get the hood?

The guy (blue_t) made his own, he tried creating a mold in his spare time but was unsuccessful in his quick attempt. He might have one made by now, you can find him on the

board.

I love the look of it, rims go well with that front air dam and hood. Rims must have a nice lip to them IMO. I give it a pair of thumbs up!

Posted by: chickenviii

love them
thats the member (over there) that moulded a pont grand am air dam on to the front, ive read alot on that car, and tried to duplicate the front end but all i could find was a grand prix and it would have to be hacked then totally reformed, the rims are a new touch since ive seen it last but i think it compliments the over all look of the car

Posted by: chriswells78

I think they look sharp with that car. I'ts a little low for my taste, but I'm diggin the hood and the front bumper cover.

Posted by: Jeffguy11

that looks awesome... ive got a black 98lsc and i wish they came with a lower front bumper with fogs from the factory

Posted by: 95sc

That how they should came from factory. This front end and the hood make a big difference in look of the car.

Posted by: Doc

Wow! The wheels look great!! Who did the drop on the car?

Posted by: Doc

What other mark site?

Posted by: turborich

The rims, hood, and bumper cover all look great in my oppinion. Very nice!!!

Posted by: evillally

They'd be awesome without the rivet look...

They're probably three piece wheels. But, maybe not. They're available in different widths/ heights but the price screams 1 piece all over it.

Can someone do me a favor and ask him what his overall wheel/tire dia is in the rear?

I'd appreciate it. I try to stay out of Calvins house.

Posted by: Dern Humpus

OMG that bumper looks great too!

Posted by: torquemonkey

Holy Sh!t !! Looks really nice. Overall a damn fine job. Those wheels set off the whole package just right

Posted by: MediumD

IMO 2" smaller and they'd look great. The car should come up about 1.5" too. I like the air dam but it kind of clashes with the bulbous gen 2 nose.

Posted by: LORENZOCHICAGOLSC

Looks like FOOSE built that Mark! I'm still waiting to see a Mark VIII on Overhaulin', That would be something!!

Posted by: Jibit

not bad, but what do you think of these rims! http://www.forgiato.com/radurra/index.htm

Posted by: ONEBADMK8

Wheels look kickass but the hood should taper more and follow the lines better, it looks like a strip just laid down straight.

Not too sound like a a$$ but your hood looks like a strip laid down also....

Posted by: shiryu0

the "strip" looks good on a Gen1 cause of its sharper lines.......us Gen2 guys need a hood that follows the curves better so it doesnt clash with the rest of the car.......the hood on that one looks good, but we already have a bulge on the hood to start with, im waiting for somebody to follow those lines and raise that whole part of the hood........IMO wheels are too big....... 18's are enough for a VIII. .......id probably mess up a set of 20"s in about an hour over here if i took all the crappy roads lol

Posted by: Stack

I posted over at the "other" board

But I will say it again... Freaking Amazing!

We need a full write-up on that car!

Posted by: Lincolngirl91

those are kickass wheels! i like em alot!

Posted by: Nitrobasher

all us missouri boys are the eh? lolol

phreakness (03 swap)
and this guy.
and supposed theres a guy with a taurus swapped 4.6 around here.

wheels look great along with the rest of the car

Posted by: rmac694203

I love those wheels. Gives it that deep lip look without being able to have the offset.

Posted by: LSCGODDESS98

oooooh snap!
gangsta style..looking good....but i have a better idea on the hood, not that im sayin anything negitve at all..looks good, but i see many different cars with that hood...i have an idea which im keepin to myself..once i have the time n money to get the project done and installation....the bumper.. what did you use im diggin the fog light holes..more sportier imho...but...it alil tooo low

good job...so how much to ge that look

Posted by: rmac694203

It's not his car. He got the pic from another website.

Posted by: Doc
