when i am driving my eldorado down the highway it starts to shake around 80 mph and it feels like the front end could it be the tire pressure or is it the rims? could they be unbalanced? i got the tires balanced and it wasnt doing it for a while but then it started again. any ideas?

It could be any number of things, but generally an inbalance in one of the tires tends to be the culprit. Are there any unusual sounds indicating a worn suspension part, such as ball joints. I suggest checking the tires for uneven wear.

no noises, the front end was just rebuilt about 3 months ago, as well as the rear end. I think it may be the allignment, could it be that?

Yes, it could be the allignment. If the allignment is off that much I would think you would begin to notice uneven tire wear. Before the front end was rebuilt did it shake?

i dunno it was a family car passed down from my grandfather who bought it new in 92 and then my father in law had it and now i have it. I did notice some uneven tire wear on the now back tires after i had them rotated.
