Hi, I noticed that sometimes the brakes seem to be dragging on my 92 Town Car. If I lift up on the brake pedal it is fine. Any ideas? Thanks

Yeah. Lift you foot off the brake pedal, and then the brakes won't drag no' mo'.
If the brake pedal aint coming all the way back up by itself, the master cylinder could be on it's way out.

Does it take alot of force to pull it back up? I worked on this car once and when you pushed the brake pedal the dash would actually fall down a bit and it pinned the pedal to the floor. If its easy to pull it then yeah i agree the master cylinders gonna take a dump

If your Town Car has antilock brakes(different booster from non-abs), don't waist your time on the master cylinder. The problem IS the brake booster.
I used to be a Ford/Lincoln tech for 20 years and I wish I had a dollar for every '92 Town Car brake booster I replaced for this very same problem.
