I have a 1987 Eldorado that will not start, sometimes. I will start it up drive it to work and then when I leave, it won't start. I have it towed back to my house and it starts right up. A while back I had the instrument panel "Fixed" by the dealership. I was not able to see the gauges and I think all they needed to do was replace some of the bulbs. What do you think is going on with my ride? What would be the best way to diagnose this problem?

Remove battery cables and clean off all acid corrosion. Check cables for acid buildup under insulation and clean, if necessary.
