cts navigation dvd

Hey guys, i was wondering where i can get a good price on a navigation dvd for a 04 cts, and also if there is one dvd for US or is there several dvd's for separate regions. Don't think those are hard to install right?

I'm also curious about the Nav Set. I just bought a 2004 CTS and it doesnt have one are they easy to install? about how much do they run?
