Twist thier tires on the 1-2 or 2-3 Shift at WOT?

Thanks

Obvoiusly this would be for people who have their shifts real firm..

Posted by: Smokey

Yep, with my Torrie tune it will bark the tires on the 1-2 and the 2-3 shifts.

Posted by: Silver02Sport

I bark them all the time on the 1-2 the 2-3 depends on the road.

Posted by: TheRebel

yes 1-2 and 2-3.

For thoes of you that have done this or do it regularly, do you have any problems with your transmisssion?

Posted by: DMcBrideBoston

As far as I know the "harder" or "quicker" the shift is, the better it is on the transmission.

I know I've been outta the loop for a while..
But what does "bark" mean?

It just means to spin the tires on the shift a bit. As it goes to the next gear the power is hitting hard enough to break the tires loose as it hits the next gear.

We used to call it a chirp. "2nd gear chirp, third gear chrip, etc"

Ahhh.. That's what I thought, but better to ask.. Thanks Alex

Ordered mine today. Can't wait to track test it. The track is only open weather permitting this time of year so we'll see.

I just realized i live about 10 minutes from the SCT facility here in Orlando. Anyone been by there in person to check it out? I could maybe get a little interested after my factory warranty runs out.
