YEP! Mine smell too after I really romp on it. It shouldn't do it all of the time though.

mine do the same thing, from what ive heard that means that there working but thre getting old. but i dont know.

it also means your car is dumping too much unburned fuel into the exhaust,
probably oxygen snesors

Funny thing is, it only seems to happen on DOHC engines. I just rolled over 129k yesterday and still haven't ever had the smell. I don't have factory exhaust anymore.. but I still have the stock cats at the end of the manifolds!

My first mark had around 120k when I sold it, smelled rechet everytime I hossed on it. (everyday)

Hmmm, I might need to pick a couple of o2 sensors up then. No CEL on but don't seem to be getting great gas mileage either.

Posted by: turborich

How long do the o2 sensors generaly last for? Where is the cheapest place to pick 2 up at? Thanks.

Lmao more import kills to come, lol. Speaking of whooping imports my friend in his 96 lumina with 4 ppl almost took a civic with a noise maker it was close but come on 4 ppl in a 4 door base lumina haha. But im going in soon for a front end alignment, when its up im gonna have tips put in and 2 cats guted? I have the option to have the 2 small ones gutted and the resonator removed, but would a 3rd cat along be enough back pressure? How meen would my car sound with just a 3rd cat lol, what gains would I see hp/trq wise?
