I don't belive anyone is has a larger MAF available and most believe the stock is fine for the application. I believe a very small gain maybe there as it appears to be the smallest spot of the intake, but probably not enough to try one unless free, and tuning would be affected, thats not cheap to fix.

The Xcal2 seems to be a great piece, many use it and love it. I was going to get one but now may be trading the car.

The only rear change is to swap up to the 3:58 from early 2000 models and 03up have em. Most have 00-02 have 3:31 so its a small upgrade. Some have 3:07s, but I think thats rare. I don't think aftermarket gears for a swap are available.

+1

we haven't pushed past the stock MAF yet - the N2O boys may be there but since they add fuel with wet systems - they don't care if the MAF it topped out.

I should be trying to log the MAF output (specifically) in the next week or so. on stock (252hp) we need to to handle 791kg/hr of airflow - bolt-on a few things and get closer to 300hp - 941kg/hr of airflow - and the stock MAF still is not at 5v.

once I get dialed in with the supercharger - I am hoping to log the MAF - thinking I'll need around 1200kg/hr of airflow before hitting 5v.... We'll see if the stock MAF can handle that.

The XCal2 is an awesome tool - forget the threads that have stated otherwise - since that LS had other issues that was repaired seperately.

Swapping rear gears with earlier LSes is the easy swap - we'll be looking at adding LSD as the next project.
