Difference's between the TC Signature Series and the Ultimate?

I've always had a thing for TC's and after looking up some stuff about them I couldn't find the difference's between the two. If you guys could hook me up it would be greatly appreciated

For one, Ultimates have HID lighting. They also have specific 17" wheels, collector's edition-style woodgrain accents, and pretty much every power option you can think of. The trunk opens and closes via remote. I think they get the navigation systems, too. My coworker had an 03 Ulti with the THX/ navi system in it.
