i think im due to get my seals done,my sparkplugs are wet with oil..not good..after changing 3 coils...so in your honest opinions...what do u think i should spend on a job like that?

i kinda did a break down of parts..like ...
$45 for each coil need 3 of them (1,2,3 others changed )
seal gasket appx 25 to 30.
and double plats spark plugs 12 x8

now labor? 80 an hr.

so is this about right?
if my spark plugs are wet, what seale need to be done,is there a lower or upper of just one of the other?

$600? Kinda guessin my area $115-$150 per hour at the stealerships.

I have a Mustang shop near me now that does a lot of Cobra work and they are familiar with the quirks of the motors - like frozen spark plugs, how to properly burp the cooling system, etc. They are very careful and helpful. so check with local Mustang guys if you cant find a good mech...

Hello Torque! I'm sorry I didn't reply I'm new to posting here. I've been reading this site for about a year now just drooling at all the nice Mark VIII's. My very dear friend Debi has had one almost ever since I've known her. And it's always been such a sexy car. I always use to work on her car then she got the Mark and vanished. Now I know why. So I'm proud to say I've purchased a 94' Mark VIII and I can't wait to get started so I'm sure I'll be posting people like you and Geno and Rich etc.... I feel like I know you all already because I've been reading your post everyday like the newspaper. I'm car crazy!!!! When I'm not riding my motorcycles. I'll post some photo's of my car soon. Everyone that can try and make it to the Christmas party I'd love to meet ya! I'm sure giving it my best shot to make it.
