I don't usually post that kind of e-mail stuff, I didn't even authenticate it. However, things are really boring in here.

What language are they voting for? None. Which means that all languages need to be provided for and supported by the tax payers. In schools, at the DMV, on the election ballots, everywhere.

In very simplistic terms... A single language is one of the critical unifying elements of a culture. If everyone speaks a different language or there are multiple languages/cultures, eventually, the country will break apparent.
