you don't "need" to, I never really thought about it until you mentioned it. I converted the front but I don't get much brake dust anyway.

I haven't seen one but I'm sure the place you are buying the brake kits from will have them. There are plenty of places out there that make braided hoses for specific applications. You may need to know the size though.
