I Just bought a 86 VII HO for SIX hundred dollars
this is my winter project I'm try to get right before the summer

It's got 86,000 miles all original parts still there.

it was in an crash but still driveable I'm currently converting the airs to coils. it looks like 76 hotrod jackup in the back and sitting low in the front

i got to get the front bumper fixed, its hung to the ground.

But I need pointers on getting my engine tune up

i got 5.0 that move like a honda

please send me ideas for: engine, exhaust, etc

i want to know want you guys are running

im tired of poeple blow pass me on the freeway

COME ON SO I CAN POST A PICTURE OF A REAL 86 LINCOLN

Spark plugs, Cap & rotor, wires, O2s, oil change, new air filter, PVC valve...

Exhaust; I have Flow master 40s on my '92. Though I have read that another choice are DynaMax Hemi Turbos. They flow almost as much and are a little quieter. Below are a few shots of the 2 1/2s just installed on my VII.
