did you swap over the manual valve from the old one?

and how did you fill the trans?

Posted by: beaups

it does nothing? did you get all the wiring reconnected??

Posted by: LincolnTech38

the car would still shift into gear if he left the electrical connectors off it would just set the check engine light and shift like crap.

I have a fealing he didnt swap over the manual valve, or didnt fill the trans correctly

the new valve body doesnt come with one, so look on the old one, if its still in there, thats the problem.

I know this because I have changed many LS valve bodies and I have forgotten to swap it myself, luckly I caught myself before I put it all back together.

what year is your car btw?

Jay

#55 is the guy you want and it also has to be aligned properly.

I have a 2001
I already took the old one back to Ford to get my $200 CORE charge back.
