I need front and rear seats from a gen2. front and rear. 95-96 will work too.

Posted by: MarkVIII93

I guess if anybody has 93-94's those will work too. But they have to be in excellent shape.

Good luck, they're getting pretty hard to find.
Have you considered having your reupholstered?

thanks for the excellent idea. Who has the two tone seats? I beleive its kc96lsc?

Black is getting VERY hard to find. I had to buy a whole car just to get em.

Posted by: 04SSHD

I have seen them on ebay every now and then

Posted by: MarkVIII93

I should just put my 2 black racing seats in.

Posted by: LSCGODDESS98

why dont you do this..a couple of options:

get a pair outta a junk yrd ,im certain you might find some..and get them re uhpolsterd..(oops lol)
or..
order the skins from the parts dept of your local linc/merc dealer, you just have to wait for delivery...something like that they require full payment on parts like that...even the floor mats are like that.(i did that)

..or seach ebay now and then.

black is hard to find,...good luck..let me know what u did!

MarkVIII93, Yes I do have two tone. I got them from SVPU.com He said they quit making them in the US, but it might be worth making a call. I paid $1250.00 That included the LSC embroidered in the back of each seat. $999.00 without. If you can find a good upholstery shop in town you should be able to work them on a price close to the $999.00.

Good Luck!

agghh.. Thats too pricey for me. Does anybody know if thunderbird seats would work? Id like some more supportive seats. Too bad the driver side is the only power one.

Posted by: Calabrio

I've been looking into the t-bird seats.

They will fit. But the wiring needs to be modified inorder to connect everything up.

And worst off, finding black leather T-bird seats is even harder than finding Mark VIII seats. Most of them are half cloth. However, it's much easier to find reupholstery skins for the T-bird, so you could get any color and then just recover them black.

No matter what, these big leather seats get expensive.

I still have mint condition black 95 LSC seats sitting around... pm me with an offer if interested.

I have some SHO seats and tracks I'm going to try. I love the inflatable side bolsters the SHOs have. I'm sure it's going to take some work to get them wired right...

Posted by: Calabrio

It didn't look like the tracks from the SHO would fit the Mark VIII properly.
The SC ones, fit perfect, minus the wiring. Frankly, I'd be o.k. getting rid of all the power functions. I'd rather pull the seat forward than worry about a slowing motor.

How much do you want to spend? I can ask my local parts guy how much he wants for his.

Posted by: Calabrio

The real p.i.t.a. is the fact shipping can get pretty expensive, and that it's so inconvient for the seller.
