Big Brake Kit ??

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Whats up guys, What other company makes the big kit for our ls beside stop
tech (cheaper)

Posted by: Quik LS

none.

Posted by: GrayGhost1

That is correct. Only StopTech makes a big brake kit for the LS. I have it on my LS and love it!

You can order the Brembo kit(s). They are more $$ than the Stop Tech kits. But are far superior, and the calipers are smaller than the Stop Tech...by about .200" which is needed for proper wheel clearence. I had them on my LS and they were quite the improvement.

Part# Front=1G1.9017X.2 (357mm,drilled two piece rotor, red GT caliper)
Part# Rear= 2G1.7017X.2 (331mm,drilled two piece rotor, red GT caliper)

The Brembo site shows them as "special order" but I only waited 3 weeks. Its the same part number as the 2003+ Jag sets?
