i replaced the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley for less than 100 bucks last month from max @ 5 star ford.

I did mine when I bought the car, First day I had it the serpentine belt shredded off. I lubricated the tensioner and replaced the belt and it stopped squeeling

Idler pullery went out on mine @ 110k. Relpaced it and felt an odd vibration. Replaced the belt tensioner and the vibration went away. Both work in tandom, you will want to do both if you do one.

do all three - belt, tensioner, and idler pulley.
