First one is that there is a squeaking sound near the steering wheel...is that normal for its power steering or do i need to replace something? Also, I noticed a really hard shift from Park to Drive.....is that normal too? I'm worried about my transmission being that I bought tha car with 20k miles on it....I'd be grateful for some help, thank you!

I took it to the dealer and they added some additive to the tranny fluid (I'll find out what and let you all know)...and ever since its been much smoother...you guys are so much help I appreciate it! As for the power steering..stilllllll squeaking....
